Blueberry Festival is a Bethlehem summer tradition — and this year’s food lineup gives foodies plenty of reasons to make the trip. Whether you’re a longtime blueberry lover or just curious to try something new, the 2026 Blueberry Festival Food menu has flavors you won’t find anywhere else.

A Festival Built for Foodies and Fun-Lovers

Come hungry since you won’t want to miss out on any of the Blueberry Festival food, drinks, or desserts being offered by our new and returning vendors. We’ve got sweet, savory and refreshing goodies you can’t find anywhere else. Fan favorites, such as blueberry grilled cheese and blueberry lemonade are returning for 2026, along with several new vendors offering new flavors for your palette.

The Taste Budz are bringing back their iconic blueberry grilled cheese, but they’re also leveling up their game this year with two new additions. Their mouthwatering shrimp tacos come complete with a blueberry jalapeno cilantro salsa, while their pulled chicken sandwich delights with its melted Brie, blueberry bourbon jam, and crushed pecan topping.

Blueberry Bliss Awaits: Your Exclusive Look at the 2026 Blueberry Festival Menu — The Taste Budz’ grilled cheese with blueberry compote, which was a hit at Blueberry Festival 2025, is back this year to delight foodies of all ages.

Another returning favorite is Thirst Trap Lemonade, serving fresh-squeezed lemonade in a variety of flavors, including their famous blueberry lemonade. Aroi Mango is also back with their beloved mango sticky rice, including blueberry sticky rice, as well as milk teas and blueberry refreshers. In addition, Taco Town will serve up fresh tacos and delicious Mexican dishes.

New Vendors, New Flavors

The 2026 Blueberry Festival also welcomes several vendors appearing at the event for the first time. Billy’s Pretzels and Wraps brings its fluffy, fresh-baked soft pretzels, warm wraps, and signature dipping sauces, because nothing pairs better with festival fun than a perfectly salted pretzel with a great dip.

LV Sweet Stuff is bringing an irresistible lineup of blueberry goodies. Their pillowy, sweet doughnuts come with your choice of blueberry glaze, blueberry cobbler, or blueberry lemon topping. They’re also serving blueberry boba lemonade, blueberry lavender lemonade, and their new blueberries-and-cream dirty lemonade.

Craving Mexican cuisine? Cocina De Birria joins the festival for the first time with their tender, slow-cooked birria tacos and other authentic offerings. Plus, comfort food fans will not want to miss Holy Macaroni, adding gourmet flair, such as lobster and buffalo chicken, to their classically delicious mac and cheese.
